The Starduster was the 1st design in a series of high thrust models by Sal Taibi published in the September 1958 issue of American Modeler, all with spectacular climb and exceptional glide. Models have been built in all sizes from 1/2A to D gas; and now scaled for E-36. Over the years the Starduster design has proven itself to be a high performance model that is very easy to adjust. Many trimmed for competition in just 4 flights. The BMJR Starduster E-36, developed by Harry Grogan, has proven to replicate the characteristics and performance of its linage. Model has a 36” span with 200 sq. in of area. Flying weight is in the 170 gram range.
