Designed by Harry Stewart, the Race-E is an aerobatic Park Flyer with a wing loading in the 6 oz. per sq. ft. range with a 40 1/2″ wingspan and 242 sq.in. of area. The tapered wing and classic tail shape give the Race-E a great look in the air. The assembly instructions address brushed power options (no longer available) and brushless for pure vertical performance. We recommend the HiMaxx 2808 brushless (M-110) and Sunnysky 18A speed control (C-M-110). The Race-E is not a 3D airplane, but is an excellent sport aerobatic design, and I have to say is the best flying, most fun model in our personal fleet. With the Flash Floats (B-309) the Race-E takes on the appearance of a Snyder Cup Racer (F-314).

DENNIS MCMAHON –
A sweet little flyer with a beautiful slender body. My maiden flight was textbook. It impressed our club instructor, especially since we had some wind that day. Quick build. My first in a few years, and I must caution on delicate thin balsa parts. I beefed up here and there with 1/32 ply and used wire for the landing gear. It’ll be one of my favorites.
